Refund Policy

At Swings By Ejah   we’re committed to quality and want every pet and owner to love our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return process is straightforward. Here’s how it works:

Return Period:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Easy Returns:
To start a return, email your order number to Swingsbyejah@outlook.com

We offer free returns for exchanges or store credit. For refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health and customization standards, we cannot accept returns on used pet beds, scratchers, 3D-printed items, or personalized products, unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the damage for verification. We’ll arrange a free return and provide a full refund or replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days, provided items are in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
